Excellent service, a wonderful room upgrade, and a fantastic stay. We will definitely be back.
Positive: We had a great stay and really enjoyed the hotel. A special thank you to SIDI and Basel for their kindness and professionalism. The service was always fast, friendly, and efficient. We also really appreciated the complimentary room upgrade to Room 21101, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We especially loved being able to invite our friends to join us and reserve tables by the pool during the week. It made our experience even more enjoyable. We have shared some photos of our stay and will most likely come back again.
Negative: Nothing significant. Overall, everything went smoothly and we were very happy with our experience.
